Saturday, October 22nd from 10am- 5pm
Sunday, October 23rd from 10am-4pm
(Booths must be staffed at all times-beginning at 9:30am Saturday and Sunday)

Booth Set Up:
Friday, October 21st from 9am- 6pm

Booth Tear- Down:
Sunday, October 23rd from 4pm-6pm
Monday, October 24th from 8am-12pm

Proof of Insurance
All vendors must list Monterey County Fairgrounds as Additional Insured. Please fax additional insured, prior to the show to 805-772-4625. If you do not wish to list the fairgrounds as additional insured, there will be a $35.00 fee added to your final bill.
